VITO ICT Infrastructure 2023 Frame Agreement
This Frame Agreement (FA) offers a platform for the procurement of Information and Communication Technology within an infrastructure topology which includes both the datacenter as well as the edge environments, so that both centralized needs as well as perimeter needs can be addressed; allowing the full coverage of the ICT infrastructure needs of the entire organization.
The contract is awarded for an initial term of four years, starting Oct. 7th, 2023. After the initial term, the agreement can be renewed three times with one year.
The coverage of the FA is defined by the following 5 lots:
- Servers & Storage
- Backup & Archiving
- Cloud & Hypervisor
- Netwerk & Security
- Endpoints
Each of these lots include hardware, software and relevant services.
Each lot is awarded to 3 suppliers, each of them being a subject matter expert. Due to awarding to 3 suppliers, each order you want to place must be done as a mini-competition. Please consult our info pages for details on what this means for you.
VITO - as contract owner - enforces a governance strategy which monitors continuously the quality offered by the selected suppliers and how they help those who make use of our FA.
