The VITO ICT procurement center makes use of it's own tool for facilitating the mini competitions, which are used throughout the frame agreement.
Before registering, please verify that you belong to the customergroup. If this is the case, you will need to complete and sign the following forms in full. (You should charge these during registration):
- ICT Infrastructure
- Open Source
- organization statutes (if you do not have any upload a document stating why you do not have)
Clicking the “Start Registration” button will take you to the registration form. Fill it out completely, upload the above documents and submit the form. After submission, you will receive an invitation for an intake interview through Teams.
After the intake interview, access to the tool will be granted and you can get started.
